
This recipe came about because I had a drink on a holiday that I loved. It was a rose flavour and it was one of the best things I had had in a very long time. Unfortunately I was not able to find it anywhere else, so I decided I would try my hand at making a simmilar drink. After a few tries I had the perfect balance of flavour and colour.
I have this with either still or sparkling water, either way it is a wonderful light, soft tasting drink that quences you thirst on a hot humid summer or spring day.
